Felix Sloman is appointed Head of M&A Insurance. Reporting to Ben Crabtree.

Felix joined AssuredPartners London in December 2019 to help establish the M&A insurance division in the UK and Europe. Felix began his career 14 years ago at Aon and then as a Partner at JLT Specialty / Marsh. Felix has always specialised in M&A insurance and has been instrumental in the growth of products such as Warranty & Indemnity Insurance (“W&I”) and Tax Insurance.

Felix’s transition to Head of M&A Insurance follows his long-term colleague, Ben Crabtree’s recent appointment to Managing Director of AssuredPartners London. Ben will continue to play an active role in the M&A Insurance division, both from a client relationship perspective and day-to-day involvement in major transactions.
