Inclusion and Belonging Coalition

AssuredPartners has introduced DEIB ambassadors at offices across the country. These ambassadors serve as leaders and advocates for DEIB initiatives locally. The DEIB ambassadors work to foster a culture of inclusion through education, events, mentorship programs, employee resource groups, and more. They help ensure underrepresented voices are heard and all employees feel welcomed, valued and able to perform at their best. The ambassadors partner with leadership to continuously evaluate policies and practices through an equity lens. By having an Inclusion and Belonging Coalition, AssuredPartners aims to build and maintain an equitable, diverse and inclusive environment that enables all employees to thrive.
